The Audit

The Leadership Field Assessment is a 75-question diagnostic assessment spanning five key domains of leadership operation. It takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete and produces a detailed report mapping your specific constraints.

The five domains assessed are:

• Decision Load — How many decisions run through you, and which ones shouldn't
• Ownership & Delegation — Whether ownership in your organisation is real or nominal
• Standards & Accountability — How standards are defined, communicated, and enforced
• Leadership Posture — Whether you're leading or founder-operating
• Organisational Clarity — Whether the organisation can function without you in the room

Your Report

• A scored breakdown across all five domains, highlighting your highest-constraint areas
• Specific identification of the patterns creating dependency in your organisation
• A prioritised action framework: what to address first, and why
• Recommendations for next steps — whether that's further coaching, structural changes, or team development
• Optional: a 30-minute debrief call to walk through your results (available as an add-on)
